We are
currently recruiting for a Counselor II for our residential treatment program.
This individual will be providing group and individual counseling, case
management, treatment plans, and other clinical services for individuals
currently undergoing substance abuse treatment.
Position
Description
The Counselor II completes comprehensive assessments of clients’ substance abuse
history and treatment requirements, and develops individualized treatment plans.
This individual provides individual and group counseling and may facilitate
didactic groups. Documents treatment and discharge plans, and clients’ progress
and responses to treatment; and maintains related records and charts. Performs
case management and contributes to client care monitoring.
Requirements
Current
certification as a substance abuse counselor (CADC).

DELAWARE

We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions throughout
the state of Delaware:
Clinical Supervisors:
The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical oversight of
the program. They are responsible for the supervision of staff and work closely
with the Program Director to ensure the delivery of comprehensive services to
the client population.
Requirements: CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug
Counselor) required. Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.Must have at least 5 years experience in the substance abuse field and
supervisory/managerial experience.
Must comply with security clearance protocol.
Senior and Junior Substance Abuse Counselors (FT, PT,
and Per Diem):
The Substance Abuse Counselors oversee and provide the
clinical evaluation, treatment planning, referral, case management, counseling,
documentation, education services, and ethical standards to program
participants.
Requirements: Sr. Counselor candidates: CADC
(Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor) required. Jr. Counselor candidates must
be certified or able to obtain certification within one year (CADC or CAAC).Substance abuse treatment experience is required. Must comply with
security clearance protocol.
