On demand testing for the international reciprocal credential written examinations allow a candidate to complete the certification process more quickly, thereby receiving their credential sooner.  Exam results are made available to the candidate prior to the candidate leaving the testing site.  In the case of a failed exam, a candidate may retest after a waiting period of 60 days from the date of the failed exam.

 Once a candidate applies for a credential and the application has been approved, DCB provides candidates all of the information/instructions necessary to schedule their on demand examination.  Candidates have reported to DCB that the computer based testing process is easy to navigate and is a more efficient system in which to test.
